Her professional career was anything but typical: she managed production, gained experience in international sales, and started a coffee brand that eventually, by chance, turned into a technology company for tracking data throughout the supply chain.
Her strength? Not entrepreneurship itself, but being an intrapreneur: as a sidekick, change maker, and people manager.
Just two weeks after the photo shoot, she started her first assignment as an interim manager: guiding an SME through a cultural change and process improvement. Coincidence or not, but perhaps a picture really is worth a thousand words, or was it her experiences that spoke volumes?
