“How much does a professional headshot cost?” It’s the question we get asked most often. The honest answer: it depends on how many photos you need and what else you’d like included. That’s why we’ll explain exactly how our pricing is structured, what you get for your money, and break down a few examples for you. That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect upfront.

The short answer

At Fotostudio Kwinten in Willebroek, you pay a Setup fee of €295 for the session, plus €75 per photo you select. If you'd like professional makeup and hair styling, the starting price is €510. With three photos, the total comes to €520. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Why not a fixed package price?

Because you only want to pay for photos you’ll actually use. With us, you don’t choose which images you want until after the shoot—together with the photographer. If you’re not completely satisfied with a photo, you simply don’t buy it. That way, someone looking for just one standout LinkedIn photo pays less than someone who wants a whole series for their website, presentations, and press. Most clients choose between four and fifteen images.

What's included in the €295 setup fee?

  • A personal consultation and image advice. We'll discuss what you'll be using the photos for and what impression you want to convey.
  • Styling. Bring three to seven outfits, and stylist Tine will help you choose.
  • Guidance while posing. Kwinten coaches you on your posture, eye contact, and body language so that you come across as confident and approachable—even if you don't feel comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Time. Allow two and a half to three hours. You can almost see it in a photo.
  • Let's choose together. After the shoot, we'll look at the photos together, and you can pick your favorites right away.

What do you get for €75 per photo?

  • Professional post-production. We'll get rid of your puffy eyes, pimples, and red spots, but you'll still be yourself—not a plastic doll.
  • Available in multiple sizes, Ready for LinkedIn, your website, email signature, and presentations. Usually within a week, never later than two weeks.
  • A professional license. You may use the photo for six years in your own professional communications, with file sizes up to 2500 × 2500 pixels, and with credit given to the photographer.

What can you order with it?

  • Professional makeup: €175. Makeup and hair: €215. Our makeup artists, An and Emiline, will make sure you feel more confident in front of the camera right away.
  • Color and black-and-white: As a standard, we process each photo in color or black-and-white. If you'd like both versions, there's an additional charge of €25 per photo.
  • Express Delivery: Your retouched photos within 24 hours, for €28 per photo.
  • A broader license: Would you like to publish the photo without attribution, use a higher resolution, or use the photo in advertisements, employer branding, print, or outdoor advertising? We offer Premium and Corporate licenses for these purposes. Please inquire via the contact form.

Why does a headshot cost this much?

A good profile photo can easily last three to four years—on LinkedIn, your website, in your email signature, during presentations, and in the press. It’s often the first thing a client, partner, or employer sees of you. What you’re paying for is primarily time and experience: the guidance that helps you relax, an eye for what suits you best, and post-processing that makes you look your best without making you look like someone else. I recently took the time for a professional photo shoot with Kwinten & Tinne. Looking back, this was actually a really high-quality “me time” moment. You get to know yourself in a different way and, at the same time, end up with beautiful, professional photos. I’m therefore extremely satisfied with their approach, their expertise, and the final result, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone :-)
