How does a session go for team headshots?
Everyone receives dress advice in advance for optimal preparation. We offer two types of sessions: Live View sessions and Online View sessions.
At a Live View session, we help choose appropriate outfits. During the photography we coach employees intensively, so that they are relaxed and professional in the photo. Immediately after photographing, we select the best photos together with the employee on a large screen.
In Online View sessions, for groups of about 25 people or more, we give extra attention to clothing advice beforehand, the employees are also intensively coached in posing during the shooting, and the selection afterwards takes place via an online platform where the employees make their final choice.
After both types of photo shoot, the images are individually corrected, edited and retouched so that they have an authentic yet professional look and feel that completely suits your brand.
Can employees be photographed separately or at the same time?
Employees are always photographed separately to make them feel relaxed and comfortable. For group photos, please see our special page on group photography. This can be done after or prior to individual sessions.
Is there a minimum number of people required for team headshots on location?
We will come on-site to photograph ten employees or more. If you have fewer employees and would still like an on-site shoot, please feel free to contact us to discuss.
Given the many home shoots and our central location (Willebroek) and easy accessibility (close to the A12), a lot of companies choose to have the shoot take place in our studio, that way not all employees have to come to the office.
Where can I find more information about preparation and clothing advice?
When scheduling a photo shoot, we will provide you with detailed tips and tricks for clothing and preparation, so that everyone starts the session optimally prepared.
How do you ensure that all photos look consistent?
We create consistency through similar poses, backgrounds, lighting and framing. However, each collaborator retains their own personality and expression so that the photos remain authentic.
Can employees select their own photo for post-processing?
Yes, each employee chooses their own final photos. This ensures that everyone is satisfied with the image used by the company. If necessary, we can re-photograph.
How long is a photo session for, say, twenty-five people?
For a Live View session, we charge about 15 minutes per person, together with the set-up and take-down of the mobile studio, this amounts to about a whole day for seventy-five people. For Online View sessions, this is between five to eight minutes per person, and together with the set-up and take-down, this amounts to half a day that we spend with you.
Planning is always prepared well together and scheduling which employee comes when can be facilitated by us.
How do we receive the photos and can they be easily shared?
The photos are provided for each employee via a download link (Dropbox). Each file is labeled with the employee's name, making distribution easy. Upon request, we can also send the photos directly to employees.
Is it possible to schedule the photo shoot outside working hours?
This is possible, but usually not recommended. Photo shoots require concentration and energy; fatigue may show up in photos at night. Therefore, we recommend scheduling shoots within regular business hours.
What clothing do you guys recommend for consistent team headshots?
Our advice is: keep it simple. Choose business attire without busy prints or texts. Avoid sleeveless clothing. You will receive standard comprehensive clothing advice as soon as you book the photo shoot.
