Your questions answered
How does a photo shoot in the studio in Willebroek work?
Everything starts with good preparation. Beforehand, you will receive a document from us with clothing and makeup advice, so you know exactly what to bring. In the studio, we start with a coffee and a short introduction. We discuss who you are, what you do, and what first impression you want to convey. Then, together with our stylist Tine, you select the right outfit.
Optionally, makeup can be provided by our makeup artists An or Emmeline (by appointment). During the photo shoot, you will receive extensive guidance on posture and facial expressions. Between shots, we will immediately review and select the best photos together. At the end, we will make a final selection of the best images that match your desired look. The selected photos will be professionally retouched and delivered in various formats within one to two weeks after the shoot.
Can I change my outfit during the shoot?
Yes, definitely. We recommend bringing at least three and no more than seven outfits. Depending on how many photos you need, you can change outfits once or twice. This gives us enough variety to achieve a strong end result.
How long does an individual profile photo session take?
On average, a session lasts two and a half hours, sometimes a little longer, up to three and a half hours. We take plenty of time to get acquainted, select outfits, take the photos, and choose the best images. This way, we guarantee quality over speed.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?
You only purchase the photos you are completely satisfied with. If you are not satisfied with certain photos, we will select other images or simply take new photos.
