What is the maximum number of people for a group photo?
Our studio in Willebroek can accommodate groups up to about 15 people. For larger groups, we can work on location, with the maximum number depending on the space available at your place. For modular group photos, 15 to 20 people is the recommended maximum.
How do we prepare our team for a group photo session?
Good preparation begins with clothing choices. You will receive clothing advice from us in advance. Choose simple outfits and consider colors that match your corporate identity. Also consider whether certain people should be featured more prominently because of their role or function within the company.
What is the difference between a group photo in the studio and on location?
For group photos in our studio, the full focus is on the individuals with a neutral background (white or dark gray). On location, on the contrary, we use your office environment as the background, which makes for a more personal, but slightly busier photo. Large groups we usually photograph on location.
Can we choose different backgrounds and setups?
Sure. The background can be customized to match your corporate style. In the studio, white and dark gray backgrounds are popular. If desired, we can add a specific color afterwards through digital post-processing. Keep in mind that striking colors can distract from the people in the photo.
How much time should we provide for a group photo on location?
Allow at least half an hour for groups of 15 to 20 people. Smaller groups take less time, but good preparation always ensures better results.
What if some team members cannot attend at the last minute?
With modular group photos in our studio, this is less of a problem; employees are photographed individually and digitally merged. On location, it is trickier: adding missing employees afterwards is possible, but usually visible. We therefore recommend having everyone present at the same time.
How soon will we get our group photos delivered?
We normally deliver the photos within one to two weeks. During busy periods this may take a little longer, but we always communicate this clearly in advance.
Will the group photos be professionally post-processed?
Yes, every photo is professionally retouched. Temporary blemishes and puffiness are subtly softened, so everyone can be proud of the result.
What preparations should we make in our company for an on-location photo shoot?
We recommend making the space neat in advance and providing enough space for the photo shoot. Upon arrival, we will review together the most optimal location for the best results.
