  • During preparations or execution of photo shoots

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Customer management and follow-up

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Execution of the photo shoot and post-processing.

  • Invoicing and accounting

  • Marketing purposes (such as email campaigns and social media)

  • Use in portfolio, social media or on websites (subject to permission)

5. Permission to use photos.

We use your photos for publication (website, social media, portfolio, etc.) only if you have given verbal or written permission.
You have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. If technically possible, we will remove the images from publication at your request.


6. Who has access to your data?

Your information will only be shared with:

  • Internal employees of Kwinten BV

  • Our accountant

  • Our marketing partners

  • Suppliers of tools/services we use:

    • Odoo (ERP)

    • WordPress / Elementor
    • Acuity Scheduling / Squarespace (booking platform)

    • Headshot tools (image management)

We ensure that all these parties comply with GDPR legislation and sign a processor agreement if necessary.

Our websites use cookies for analytical and marketing purposes. This helps us to improve the user experience and offer targeted communications.
