A portrait of an entrepreneur should show who he is, not who he thinks he should be. For Bart Van den Eynde<\/strong>, the entrepreneur behind EGHT Care<\/strong>, GLIZZ Laser & Beauty<\/strong> and BINVEST<\/strong>, we were looking for images that conveyed experience and maturity, but without coming across as stiff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A phone call before 5:30<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

After sixteen years with a large organization, Bart was about to become the commercial director. Then, while on vacation, he got a phone call: \u201cWould you like to run a healthcare company?\u201d He had until 5:30 p.m. to decide. He said yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Twelve years ago, he had already stopped by our studio once for business portraits in preparation for that new position. Now that he\u2019s starting a new chapter, he came back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, he is an entrepreneur. Through EGHT Care, he continues to build out project sourcing in the healthcare sector, and together with his partner Saskia, he founded GLIZZ Laser & Beauty, with locations in Antwerp and Genk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A New Phase, with BINVEST<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Today, Bart is back in front of our camera. Not because he feels he\u2019s \u201cmade it,\u201d but because he\u2019s embarking on a new phase in his entrepreneurial journey. With BINVEST, he aims to gradually broaden his entrepreneurial scope: spending less time solely focused on day-to-day operations and creating more room for strategy, partnerships, and new ventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over a nice cup of coffee in our studio in Willebroek, Bart spoke with remarkable candor about that journey. He talked about building and growing, but also about wrong choices, difficult times, and the realization that a plan only becomes credible when the numbers back it up. So, it\u2019s not a finished success story. Rather, it\u2019s an entrepreneur with experience, self-awareness, and a plan that he continues to work on every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That requires an image that has evolved alongside that role\u2014one that works just as well for a healthcare institution as it does for an investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
